They did a good job and it went well. They provide a good service and are very responsive. They kept us up to date with repair and I was pretty happy with them.

I interviewed HCC about replacing my bumper, replacing a fender and painting the whole car. Their price was the highest of the three places I spoke with. I ended up going with Russell Auto Body, which had the middle price, because I felt like they would do a good job at a reasonable price. I'm happy with the work Russell did. HCC might have been good too; it's impossible to know. It just didn't feel like the right fit for me at that time.

Overall we were happy with the service we received from Hudson Collision. They kept us informed of the progress and what was the cause of the delays (waiting for parts) throughout the 1.5 months it was with them. We didn't mind since we have a second car. The work seemed fine although I did recently notice a slight mistake with the paint application. It might bother some people but I'm sort of past the stage of nit picking. I may bring it to their attention in which case I feel somewhat confident in saying they would respond to my minor concern.
