I got 3 estimates for termite treatment and Bayonne Exterminating tied for the best bid.  I went with them because I think smaller/family owed companies are more likely to provide better, more personal service, and the 3-yr warranty speaks to their confidence in their ability to get the job done correctly.   I was extremely pleased with the service.  They arrived on time, got to work immediately,  and worked very quickly.  All the workers were courteous and professional and they took care to do as little damage as possible when drilling.

If something came up in the 3 years then they would come out and take care of it. They did great! It wasn't an easy job. They are a great company. I was very pleased. We'll see how it goes; termite season hasn't came up yet. Where we live is practically sitting on a whole termite colony. It's really whether or not you can keep your house protected. I interviewed about 5 or 6 other companies. They weren't the cheapest, but definitely came in with the best recommendations.

Technician arrived at the beginning of the time window. Asked a number of questions to get a feel for why we called, and what we've been experiencing. Technician was very helpful, explaining where the bugs were probably coming from, and how our improper use of the ant traps could actually be leading them to our pet food. He sprayed our apartment and basement thoroughly, explaining his strategy as he went (essentially anticipating our questions while we watched him work). In summary: knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, professional. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had centipedes in our basement, probably due to flooding caused by a blocked sewer. They came, sprayed and there has been no problem since.

Except for a scheduling issue (we agreed on a time, but the company had to come earlier that day and only gave us about 30 minutes notice -- some of us were still at work), the company was great to work with. The online quote was especially useful. So far (about 2 weeks), no sign of roaches.

I saw some cockroaches and I assumed that that meant there were a lot that I wasn't seeing...so I called an exterminator. As it turned out, Bayonne came and he said that I didn't have a problem and that I shouldn't spray. That was great news! I am very happy with their service and they were very honest.

They were very good and very professional. We called them up and told them our problem. They just gave us the solution over the phone and said that they didn?t have to come. We were able to fix it on our own. They didn?t charge us for that. We would use them again in future.

We had an ant problem that required professionals. We were very pleased with Ralph's responsiveness, treatment and guarantees. He was very professional, answering all my questions and concerns and generous with ant education. To date we have no signs of ants. Just what we wanted!

we were very pleased with the customer service we received from start to finish. kathy was very detailed regarding the process and flexible where we needed her to be. we also were able to get the 10% angie's list discount (which has totally saved us money--the angie's list fee has been repaid and then some with all of the discounts) which was great! the exterminator left literature and was very informative. also, they have a 6 month guarantee which means if we have another ant break-in, they will come to our house and re-spray for free! we recieved a slightly lower quote, but we felt more comfortable with them because of 6 month window -- you never know!

THEY COME OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS AND SOMETIMES I END UP WITH MORE ROACHES BECAUSE MY NEIGHBOR REFUSES TO EXTERMINATE HER HOME. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANIES FAULT. I THINK THEY DO JUST FINE.

BAYONNE EXTERMINATING RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY. I TOLD THEM I HAD ANTS ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF MY HOME AND I HAD TRIED TO GET RID OF THEM WITH STORE BRAND SPRAYS AND TRAPS. THE EXTERMINATOR WAS VERY PLEASANT, CAME ON TIME, SPRAYED THE CHEMICALS AND THE ANTS WERE GONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
