Awesome! We had some serious issues, Sean spent 3.5 hours diagnosing the issue and corrected it. I have had others try to fix it and they were rookies who built a temporary fix. Sean got to the root of the problem and built a permanent solution.

After having my first child, I quickly began to lose space on my computer's hard drive from all of the pictures and videos I could not stop taking.  I purchased an external hard drive from Costco and transferred all of my pictures and videos, along with other documents onto the drive to ensure I was able continue to use my computer's internal hard drive.  Within a few weeks of transferring data to the external hard drive, I noticed that it was running constantly and my ability to access the data on the drive was becoming more and more sporadic, until one day, when I needed to access documents to prepare for a job, I found I was completely unable to open the drive.  I was in a total panic, thinking not only were the documents I needed for my job lost, but all of the wonderful shots and videos I had taken of my child.  With my heart in the pit of my stomach, I contacted Your Reliable Computer Solutions, LLC.  Sean, the owner, was able to accomodate my schedule and was professional and helpful.  He explained that he had assisted someone with a similar problem recently, and though he could not guarantee that he would definitely be able to restore the data, he thought the chances were high.  He took the hard drive to work on it.  I left, feeling hopeful.  After a few hours, he contacted me, explained his progress, and shared that he was able to access the documents I needed immediately.  He separated those documents onto my desktop and kept the hard drive to continue working on remediating the running issue with the hard drive.  I was so relieved, when I was contacted by Sean the following day, with the excellent news that not only was he able to stop the hard drive from perpetually running, but was able to save all of my pictures and videos.  There is no way that I could possibly put a price tag on those items.  Sean's expertise, professionalism, and kindness were greatly appreciated.  I will definitely recommend Your Reliable Computer Solutions, LLC, to friends and family!
