"I don't know how to respond to this review because, unfortunately, I have no idea who submitted it. I can say that in the 6+ years I have been in the handyman business, I have NEVER been called unprofessional or dishonest. I am more than happy to provide multiple references to any new customer."
"This job turned out to be 2-3 times the scope of what I had originally anticipated and, therefore, I was unable to complete the work during my first visit. As far as not calling back, I screwed up and forgot to call the homeowner back. I called the homeowner and apologized."
"It is unfortunate that this customer was not satisfied with the work I performed. I take a great amount of pride in the work I do for my customers. I tried to solve the problem with the only materials available from Home Depot. Then when he contacted me a few days later and told me he was not satisfied, I told him I would be willing to come back at no additional charge to try and make him happy. But he did not want me to do that. I also gave him free advice on other projects he was doing. I pride myself on making sure my customers are happy but I have learned that you can't please everyone."
