I had used them before. The price was reasonable. I am in a situation to where I would never need to use them again.

Actually very positive. We had a couple of companies come in, and we felt we got the most value information from SavATree. We reached out, and have an ongoing contract with them. I feel that there are a lot of companies who just want to cut the trees down, instead of saving them.

Lousy! The estimate was for two days worth of work. They got here on time at 8:00AM, and they sneaked out before 3:00 PM on day 1. One guy did a nice job pruning a couple trees. The other guy took a hedge trimmer and chewed up all of my shrubs. I should have been billed for half the estimated price at most. But, instead, the owner said that his bill is based on the work performed regardless of poor quality and estimating twice as much time & resources than what were actually used. So, poor quality work in a shorter time-frame than estimated/billed equals never again!!!

Provider wanted a deposit before any work would be performed.  I told him I do not do business that way and I was told that was company policy.  I will never use this vendor.

We didn't care for it because it was actually a teaser. SavATree came and wanted to sell us a whole lot more in the way of services and were trying to convince us that what we purchased wasn't nearly enough. We just said, "Forget it." We kept it to $75 and declined any other additional services they said was necessary. They showed up on time.

It was ok.  I feel that these big deals only push the vendor to add-on more services.  and Vendor did not know about it own big deal so I had to explain most of it.

Called for an estimate. Rude lady picked up and hung up on me.
Don't waste your time dealing with this shop. There are tons of other more courteous, dignified and professional places.
They should fire the lady who answers the phone and focus on  being more respectful of customers.

Very responsive and professional.  Their arborist Doug Bocchino is very personable and a pleasure to work with.  Job was impeccable and reasonably priced.

We had them come and trim trees in our backyard. The work done was not noticeable as they wanted to leave it looking "natural". For the money we paid we had them come back and cut more. Still not enough of a haircut. This spring a tree split in two due to heavy limbs. Called another tree service who said "this should have been trimmed back." Won't use these guys again.

They talked to me about what I wanted fertilized. We discussed the condition of various trees on the property. They took care of it all and the trees that they did fertilize were much more healthy looking this year.

The fellows who came to do the job were very good. There were 2 guys and 2 trucks and they did a nice job. They did a good job. I thought the price was a little high. Quality of service was excellent.

They were fine. They were extremely professional, and extremely neat. It was an excellent price. We had several estimates from others, and I was very surprised at how low their estimate was.

We have used them for 5 years. They are very knowledgable and always show up on time. Definitely worth the money.

Overall a good company, the people are nice and responsive.

The estimate was quick but not very detailed  or accurate so that there was a large gap in what I thought would be included.  The workers and the foreman were competent but not very thorough or efficient..  A 30 minute break and 30 minutes to get the chipper going was excessive.  The representative from the company was not very helpful and the billing department was totally incompetent about Angies list coupons.

They were late to respond to my purchase of Angie's List deal.  In fact, they did not get in touch with me for a week and then I called them myself.  After that, things went well.  No issues with the job actually done.  I would use them again.
