This particular person was ridiculous I had all the material I already had them you are hung he actually said it was fine the way it was I have the heavy cord which I paid for I have the screws which I paid for it took him two hours time when Mary have the nerve to take $100 from me when someone put it up in less than 5 minutes someone from Home Depot was going to come and do it said it is absolutely ludicrous and he charged a hundred have the nerve to ask for more money Shame Shame on him he is two little pieces of wood he had his car he stood out there for about a half-hour he finally came in had the nerve to talk about the time when a moron I helped him hang the mirror I buy a bionic arm with 68 screws in it and to Giant plates I am 64 years old this week and I was lifting the mirror up and down to help him he had markings all over which I wash the wall it was absolutely ridiculous since then there was already hung Shame Shame on him do not use this company and I do not recommend

Most importantly they showed up when they said they would & called to advise they would he on the way. They accommodated my work schedule agreeing to come later in the morning & they completed another small job I requested they do after completing the original job.

He was very responsible. He called that he was delayed on another job. He seemed very competent and knew his trade. He was personable and patient that I needed to decide where to put the bars up in the bathtub and even had suggestions. He installed a bathroom cabinet as well and he did a good job with that.

Jim was very fast and experienced at repairing many small things around the house, like a door that wouldn't close to another door that is very old and attractive but needed work to get it on track, it was a folding door and Jim fixed it well. He saved me money but finding a better way to get old doors to close properly without using a next sliding bolt and made recommendations I hadn't thought of in other areas.. He was very helpful in changing a florescent light fixture and cleaning it. Also very polite
