Good service and on time

Unit was not producing cold air so we used Homeadvisor to find a tech. He charged me for leak repair, 3 pounds of refrigerant (scale only showed 2.11), and labor. Then told me I needed a new unit for $3k+. After paying this guy hundreds for unneeded labor and refrigerant, I find out from another HVAC company that is was only a bad valve causing the issue and giving a bad pressure reading and they were able to fix it. We can't believe he can in good conscience charge us for NOT fixing the issue and being UNABLE to troubleshoot and find the actual cause. On top of it all didn't tell me the labor rate doubled until it was time to pay. Refrigerant salesman not troubleshooter.

Pipe repair was not completed correctly. The plumber failed to check the work and did not detect that he botched the repair. My kitchen floor was flooded at about 7:00 PM on the day if the repair. The plumber refused to conduct an emergency service call the same day to correct the problem, instead leaving me without a functioning sink, until he could return the following day.
