I tried Horizon Services, as they advertise availability 24/7. I called on a Friday morning and was told they'd be out between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. the following Monday. With temperatures in the high 90's, I was not willing to wait. All American came out at 3:00 the same day I called and repairs done immediately! Very professional and I was told upfront what it would cost and what needed to be done.

2 days later it broke down again. He said he'd email me the receipt, but he never did. I totally got ripped off of $350!

Simple honest

Tim was very professional, kept in touch and called before he was on his way over. He came out on a Sunday to fix my problem ASAP. Great price, quality parts and he cleaned up after everything. They also do heat and AC so I'm scheduling to have both looked at as well. It's nice to know when you find a company you can trust!

Tim was honest, up front, and professional. He did a very good job and I am sure that he will be who I call for all future plumbing needs.

I was contacted by them and we set a date for the install. My husband stayed home and called that morning to confirm. After several hours he called again and was told there was an emergency and he would receive a call back in 2 hours. No call. He called again several times and they never answered the phone. When I got home from work I got a hold of Tim and was again told there was an emergency and they wouldn't be coming today or tomorrow. I cancelled. Extremely disapponted.

Did a great job. Actually had to leave them in my home alone; when my husband returned in about an hour the work was done and they were packing up. Would definitely hire them again. Keeping their number handy as my go to plumber.

Tim was a very nice person. He gave me a 2 hour window and he was at my home on time. Very professional. I will hire All American Plumbing again.

Professional, efficient and timely.

Installed a new hot water heater. I am pretty picky when it comes to "craftsmanship" and I thought they did a really nice job. They were respectful, polite and thorough. One of the plumbers even noticed that my sump pump level was too high and fixed the float while working on my hot water heater. I have found my go to plumbers.
