I now feel comfortable that we've found a reliable professional plumber on whom we can call. Very neat, clean and respectful of our home (they had to bring in a new water heater in a confined space). All American's pricing was very competitive and when all was said and done...it was a job well done. And we are quite the sticklers when it comes to contractor service. :-)

Tim was a true professional. It was a last minute issue where the 20 year old hot water heater had burst. He was extremely responsive and got to my home in less than 2 hours. Upon replacing the water heater, he had to remove the toilet and put it back which he did without any additional cost. Thanks again Tim and I would DEFINITELY hire again.

Had a problem with the inside of my toilet tank in my master bathroom. After trying to fix it myself and failing I went looking for a plumber on the web. 5 seconds after clicking on all-american plumbing I received a phone call and it was thanksgiving day. They were out the following day and fixed my problem. They kept me updated as to the the time they would be at my house and they were there when they said they would. I would defineteyrecommend all=american plumbing.

Tim was very professional and was able to provide us with a positive experience, even though the issue remainded unfixed after the visit, due to the uncertainty surrounding the issue. We felt comfortable with the service and would consider hiring again.
