Very prompt and called right away to get the job. I was happy that he was the only company I found that gave me a free estimate. He went to the property, assessed the problem and let me know what it would be to fix it. No trip charge or estimate charge.

He could not make it the first day, because he was on an emergency call, he let us know and kept us informed and he showed up the next morning when he said and installed the handicapped tiolet. We are going to have him put in a new kitchen facuet and filter system.

Jim from All American was very helpful with our sump pump replacement offering same day service and excellent, quality service and products. He was very knowledgeable and actually shed some light on the same project that was done a year or so ago. He let us know the plumber that had previously done the work had installed an older model sump pump that was no longer used in the industry. I will definitely use Jim and his company again.
