He went out of his way to make sure everything was convenient for me. Felt like I got great value for my money and now I am actually considering a few more projects now that I have found someone I can appear to trust. Highly recommend.

First, Tim called promptly to inquire about the problem and to schedule a time to analyze it. He arrived as scheduled, addressed the issue thoroughly, and charged a very fair rate considering he came out on a weekend. I also learned about other home services he offered and now plan to contact him for all of my air conditioning and heating needs. What I appreciated the most was his honesty in that the fixture in question didn't need to be replaced. Thanks Tim!

When I requested a plumber I said I had a clogged drain and also I would like to have camara view to see if any additional work had to be done, and if so, how soon. The tech came out and cleared the drain and said there might be some cracks in the pipe, but he can't tell for sure because he didn't have a camara. The camara was most of the reason I called for a plumber. I feel sorry for the guy that came out. I think if he had some help and the right equipment I wouldn't think twice of calling All American Plumbing againd.

All American was so quick that I got a call from them before I was even finished with my online search of companies. Tim completed the work the following evening and took the old equipment with him. My tenants were able to get hot water within a day of their notification to me. I verified the price with another vendor, and this price was less than they could have done the job for. Tim was quick to respond to my issues and kept me informed when problems arose on his end. The estimate he gave me was spot on, no surprises.

Tim called me asked all the right questions and gave a very fair quote. Installed a new water heater the next day and said any problems to call him since he always answers his cell. He was professional, clean and called to constantly update me on his arrival and was done on time. I am happy to have been introduced to him and will use him myself and recommend him to anyone.
