Tim came out the next day and was done within two hours. Great work, we're very happy and now he's our plumber.

He did call the night before to verify appointment which I thought was good. But he was late in getting there. I have a habit of prejudging if someone is not on time. All I had done was a system maint. with no issues to correct.

Work was done right but, setting the appointment was rough, could have been better.

I had used the service previously and was satisfied with the work. I was satisfied with the work this time , installing a bathroom facet, but was very dissatisfied with the cleanup of the bathroom area due to the fact that he used one of the bathroom plush toilets to wipe up under the sink. He could have asked for a rag and I would supplied it without and hesitation! I called in regards to replacing the bathroom toilet but they never responded. I will never use them again because they disrespected my house!

They did a very professional job. It was somewhat of an emergency so they dropped what they were doing and came to fix it and did a very good job repairing the problem.

He was on time and he explained the problem. I would use him again.

Contractor came out next day was very honest and completed the work promptly and cleaned up like he was never there. Was half the the price of other quotes with the same manufactured water heater. Would highly recommend.

All American called me even before I got off the computer looking for a plumber on a Sunday night. He was here on Monday with a new water heater. Unfortunately, my main water line shut off valve was stripped. Luckily, he fixed it immediately and I was able to have everything done in one visit.
