We called for a clogged drain and found we had a more serious problem with the sewer plumbing under our house. Tim came to look at the job on Friday. Took pictures of the problem in our crawl space. Came back the next day and completed the repair,. He will be our plumber from now on, We also furnished our neighbor with his business card. She will be calling him in the future.

The customer service and work completed was excellent. I highly recommend All American.

Very professional and thorough. Came in, got the job done, cleaned up and was done in less than an hour. Tim then checked the ceiling below the toilet to make sure there were no signs of a leak. Very pleased with the overall experience.

And are happy that we did, when he could keep a scheduled appointment with my Mother, he called right away apologized and offered a relief in price. Although they came late the first, they were right on time when they installed the replacement air conditioner. The worked clean and quick making sure they checked everything twice. They were very nice and polite.

Tim's quote did not change much from what he quoted on the phone. He was on time, he was thorough, he was neat and clean and very personable. Even though we ran into a clog that I had not originally desinated as needing fixing, he fixed it at no extra charge. All American is now my plumber!

These guys went beyond the average plumbers to me. I was quoted a price before the service and the job proved a lot more tedious in nature then previously thought. Unfortunately we needed a new HVAC system, but he had installed the next day. If I have any HVAC or plumbing issues in the future Tim will be my first call.

When I submitted the form with Home Advisor looking for someone to clear my sewer lines Tim of American Plumbing called me within minutes. I was completely caught by surprise. He arrived on time the next day and gave me the diagnosis that I knew was coming for a long time, that I needed the entire sewar line replaced. They arrived two days later and completed the entire sewar line replacement by 5PM same day. The price was more than fair and I will definetely call them again should the need arise.
