All American Water Restoration

I have had only good experiences with the referrals I have obtained and used from Service Magic. All American Plumbing has only reinforced this. Our 4 Year Old Gas Water Heater burst, so much for a 12 Year Warranty, and Tim was responsive to my family's needs. He answered any and all questions, clearly new what he was doing and was overall a pleasure to deal with. The original quote was reasonable and competitive. The final bill proved it! Highly recommended.

We had to put in a shut off valve so that our dishwasher I was having delivered would be able to be installed> He was here on time and installed the valve. My elderly mother in law was here and was very impressed with his manner and the care he took in completing the job. She would hire him in an instant to do work at her house!

The service person was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending All American or using them again if the need arose.

Timothy Federico was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I called him two hours before he came on a saturday and he gave me great service at the rate he quoted me, sight unseen, a week earlier. There was no extra charge for saturday service or the questions I asked that will help me be a better homeowner! Overall it was a very positive experience and I will use All American and Service Magic again and sing both their praises! Thanks a million Service Magic.

Plumber was prompt and knowledgeable. He solved the problem within a few hours - and at a VERY reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him highly.
