TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS JIFFY LUBE LOCATION AND I DON'T ADVISE THAT YOU DO EITHER.
Making a mistake is one thing, but refusing to acknowledge your mistake is unforgivable. The short story is they left my radiator cap loose and on my way out of town on a long trip, the car overheated because all of the coolant had evaporated. When I called to tell them, the manager completely refused to consider the possibility that it was their fault. And I KNOW it was their fault. I had the oil changed 2 days before my trip and NOBODY else was under the hood in those two days. Never had a problem prior to this and haven't had a problem since.
I tried multiple times to reach the local franchise. No response. I called corporate and they forwarded my inquiry. No response. I don't do business with anyone that cares that little about their customers. And let me be clear. I don't want anything from them. I'm not looking to get anything for free. I just like being treated with respect. They have earned this extremely bad review!
