As soon as he looked at my microwave he knew what was wrong. And instead of selling me a new part, he did his magic on the existing part, and made it as good as new! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. And his price was quite reasonable.

I was desperate; my LG washer had died on me just a few days before Thanksgiving and, it being a foreign machine, I was apprehensive about finding someone to repair it before my company arrived. I called Accutech Appliance Repair and they sent someone right away. Jesus was kind and courteous, and was a pleasure to have in my home. He was familiar with my washer as he had previously worked on similar models. He came in, did the diagnosis, ordered the part and returned in two days to install it. Once the power was restored to the machine, it was discovered that another part was needed. Jesus found the part, picked it up himself and came back the next day to complete the job. He went out of his way to get me up and running for the holiday. Excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to call Accutech again.
