Extremely polite and friendly. Quick fix.

They were impossible to get an appointment with. When they finally did come out the service technician knew nothing about the appliance. They could not identify the problem. They had a 30-day guarantee that if they could not solve the problem, the $100 fee would apply to the repair. Then when I called for a replacement part, they never called me back. Horrible

Charlie was very professional. He was worked methodically and researched the problem carefully. Our built in microwave wasnt working at all but he did get it to work in the end!

The young man Charlie that came out was extremely patience and humble.He explained everything to me that he was doing. He order an extra part that he thought he needed but after taking everything apart he realized it wasn't needed so he was honest and refunded me back for the part. The total price for anything was satisfying. It was very fast service.

Charlie was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He came to service my washing machine on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and fixed it just as quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

They were prompt in returning calls. Came back on a sunday to resolve an unforseen issue.

I hired Charles to look at a freezer for my daughter and I paid $90 to have Charles to come out for a diagnose and he took the panel off and showed me where there was frost on the top of the coils and not all the way through, he mentioned to me that it was part of the sealed unit and it would be too expensive to replace, now the freezer is cooler than it was before, I'm concerned about this and is afraid the put food in it, I am not happy with what I got for $90

Charlie was on time, knowledgeable and I would definitely use Benchmark again.

The serviceman was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with the dishwasher and what was needed to fix it. We have to wait for a part backordered from Maytag which is no fault of Benchmark.

Charles is very nice, very well dressed, clean, and always takes care of work!
