Description of Work: This place has some nice workers but the owner and the delivery people are looking to nickel and dime you with complete nonsense. They treated me like I was an idiot. I went to the location for a Christmas tree, paid to have it delivered and stood up. paid $275 for this. while in the store I bought the stand for $150 that they told me I needed for the tree. When the delivery people showed up, they told me the stand wouldn’t work for this tree and it would most likely fall and break my windows. but they had another stand for $300 in cash in the truck they can give me. with no other choice I did it. Then I just went back for some more items. Two heavy outdoor planter urns. Owner comes over and looks at the sweet lady who was helping and asks if this was on discount, yes- 25% she responds. He then tells me that the delivery charge for this will be $100 - normally it is $55 but he would need 3 guys to deliver it. when I questioned why 3 guys would be needed- he responded that he didn’t feel comfortable with 2 guys but would be happy to have someone help me put it in my car and have me carry it alone. Not only will I never come back to this place, I will continue to write my experience to try and save anyone time when looking for items. The owner will treat you like an idiot in front of his own staff and walk away when you don’t want to pay his surcharges because he doesn’t want to actually offer a discount. I would avoid this place if you are worried about being treated with respect.

Description of Work: We regularly buy most of our flowers, plants, and gardening supplies from Rohlsler's, and their landscaping crews have performed many jobs in our yard over the past 7 years, from planting trees to creating flower beds to pruning shrubs and delivering and spreading mulch.

Description of Work: We contacted Rohslers lanscaping because we have experienced the best service and quality from this family owned and operated nursery. We made an appointment with Tom Wiss, who came to our home during a sunny day to analyse our needs and the condition of our property. A proposal was sent to us by email, outlining the work to be performed and the cost . We signed the contract and met Tom at Rohslers to choose our trees and plants.. A team of 3 strong men and Tom Wiss arrived on Monday at 9am as scheduled . Tom reviewed with the men exactly what was to be done and outlined each position and placement in white. A Rohslers Truck arrived with our beautiful, healthy trees. The men dug a trench for 8 giant evergreens around the sides of our new deck, ( removing huge rocks) and planted the trees, back filled, watered, mulched and racked the area. They worked very hard for 8 hours and were very professional.They were quiet and polite. The second day, they arrived and planted euonymous shrubs along the side of our home, and with a new truckload of dirt, re seeded the entire front lawn and secured the seeds with a light coating of hay. They neatly planted 10 flats of vinca where nothing ever grew before. They also plated new shrubs around the front of our home .........most of this work ( not including the deck) was all rennovations and improvements caused by SANDY damage. Before the team left, they surveyed the project and cleaned up the area with leaf blowers. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship, an the excellent manner in which the work was performed.
