I called Danny's Appliance Service after going a whole circle trying to fix the situation with my refrigerator. When the freezer stopped cooling I called Sears thinking they were the experts on appliances, they came out and their diagnosis was very expensive and their recommendation was to replace the refrigerator. I went on for over three weeks trying to find/force a new refrigerator into my "older" kitchen and my budget. Then, I decided to give the repair another try, this time the right way, through Angie's List. I contact one contractor who happened to serve another area, but he recommended that I contact Danny's Appliance Service... that was the first plus! I went on Angie's List and sure enough their rating was excellent. I could not be more pleased with the refrigerator repair service we received from Danny's Appliance Service! They were courteous, organized, extremely responsive, showed up within 30 minutes from the time I placed the call and most of all had all parts to complete the repair in one visit. The owner "Danny" and his assistant worked diligently on fixing the fridge. It was not a straight forward repair situation (Sears' diagnosis missed it totally). He explained the issue and cost before he went ahead with the repair, the process required a few search and discovery steps. They spent about 2 hours working on the fridge, and Danny was relentless to solve the issue and get it fixed once for all. He nailed it and the refrigerator is now as good as new. We definitely have a new reliable repair service company now!

I called for service around 9:30 am and Danny said he could be at my house shortly. I wasn't home and my mother had to take the service call. She (and my dog) liked Danny very much. Danny arrived promptly and fixed the refrigerator within 15 minutes. We are very happy with the service and cost.

I called several repairmen. Danny;s was the most responsive. He came and checked it out. Told me what the cost would be but also said that per the manufacturer, it was not a sure fix. It might be one of several things. With an initial estimate of $400, he suggested it might make more sense to replace the unit. He could have strung me along and just gotten paid for the repair, but he did not. I am very appreciative of his candor. I paid for the service call and will decide later which way to go.

I was delighted with the service. Danny was easy to contact, came to my home when he said he would, and was very nice. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and made the necessary repair for a reasonable cost. I kept thinking the fridge would quit cooling again, but a month later everything is still working perfectly. His repairs work and he saved me from having to purchase a new fridge. I'm a happy customer.

I called another company first and they told me it could not be repaired. I called Danny's Appliance only to speak to Danny himself. He said it certainly sounded like it could be fixed. He came out the same day I called and even had the part in his truck. He fixed my front load washer within 1 hour. He even waived the service charge. He is very efficient, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend getting your appliances checked before purchasing a new one. It is definitely a good savings that I called Danny for a second opinion.

I called Danny's Appliance Service for my refrigerator repair & received an immediate response that same day. I was not forced to press endless prompts, communicate w/ an annoying automated recording, left on hold or transferred to a call center. Instead, I was able to speak w/ a live person, Danny himself. 　　 During our brief phone conversation, Danny asked me very basic; understandable questions regarding my appliance problem, provided a reasonable estimate, was kind enough to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me & arrived within that agreed time. 　　 Danny was professional, efficient, neat, courteous & fairly priced. I am very happy w/ his services & very satisfied now that my refrigerator is working properly again...& I was free to go on w/ the rest of my day without waiting around for a vague period of time (Comcast & large businesses can learn a few things from Danny's personal Customer Service). 　　 This was a pleasant experience as opposed to my past dealings w/ other disappointing, unreliable, unknowledgeable repairmen & big company outsourcing.

Execllent. Danny is very professional and he comes same day needed which is a huge help. He was able to fix my machine and save me from buying a new one. I would highly recommend him to repair your washer, dryer, refrigerator as I have used his service before this occasion and I always get the highest level of service.

Danny was very responsive on all phone calls. Was punctual, but offerred a 5 hour window. Did the job just fine and cleaned up after himself.

They were nice, although a bit short in replies. They diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and promised to return the following business day with the correct parts. On their second day Danny and Billy arrived on site within a promised time range, and quickly repaired two large appliance, not exceeding the very tight time window in my schedule. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

Danny was very quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He dismantled the oven in ways I didn't know were possible, and quickly too, and replaced the defective electrical oven ignitor in under 15 minutes. I'm very impressed and a very happy customer!

I called Danny's Appliance Service after finding him on Angie's List over the Memorial Day weekend after my washing machine broke down. He returned the call within the day and we set up a morning appointment on 5/26/15. It went well; Danny was able to make it within the time frame he said and was done within a half hour. I tried to give him as much information as I could when we talked and he was able to diagnose it as a broken belt quickly when he arrived. We worked together to try to figure out the parts number as it was worn off on my machine. He had the part on his truck and repaired it quickly, probably less than 10 minutes. The machine worked fine afterwards. He also said my machine was going to last maybe another year, so at least, I got a heads up. I appreciated the honesty, he was nice and professional. I would call him again and recommend him to others.

Repair call went great. I called him to say i was available earlier than I previous thought i would be and he came right over. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, ran out for parts and was back in less than 10 minutes. Took him no more than 10 minutes to complete repair. He was honest, direct, professional and personable. Definitely would have him back again should I need his service and highly recommend him to others.

On Saturday morning, I noticed that my refrigerator stopped working. I went on Angie's list and picked this provider based on all of the positive reviews. I called him at about 10:00 AM that morning and he was at my house within the hour -- how's that for great service!! The refrigerator was fixed quickly and for an excellent price. Also, they were very professional.

I am so impressed with Danny's service. He returned my call within one hour and we set up an appointment for the following day. In the middle of a horrific snow & ice storm, he phoned me to tell me he was on his way for our scheduled appointment. He and a co-worker arrived on time and looked at my refrigerator and accessed what was needed. He called his provider to assure that the part was in stock and it was. He called the next morning to say he he would be here in 15 minutes. He was and replaced the part needed. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done properly. Danny is a clear example of what customer service is all about. I rate him AAAA++++++. Having my own business, I will refer him to all of my clients.

He was good and honest. He went with the least expensive repair first.

I had paid A DIFFERENT repairman to fix the dryer. This person fixed one thing and broke another. I called Danny's Appliance to repair the new damage after seeing all the good reviews on Angie's List - thank goodness I did! Our clothes are all dry now - whew! He came this afternoon - and he actually fixed the problem!!! He also gave us some tips on a few refrigerator issues we are having at a different location. I was especially pleased that he didn't rush and try to make another sale on the refrigerator when we might not need the additional service. If we do, we will definitely call him again!

On an otherwise quiet Thursday evening just before bedtime I heard what sounded like a creek in my kitchen. When I went to investigate, there was water leaking out of our refrigerator door and a sizable puddle on the floor. I was able to locate the water tube to the ice maker which has a shut-off valve but with a family of six in the middle of a heat wave I knew I would needed a quick fix. I went straight to Angie's list and found Danny''s Appliance Service. I called around 10:30pm thinking I'd leave a message with his answering service. Danny answered. He was up front about the price of a home visit right off the bat which I liked. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem as a broken ice maker pulled a brand new one he had in his truck, installed it in about 30 minutes and I wrote a check. So it took about 14 hours from learning of the problem to fixing it. I have no idea whether this was a fair price since I know nothing about refrigerators and I didn't bother to shop around. All I know is that I had a problem on Thursday night and this guy handled it promptly and efficiently... and I got to start my weekend without it hanging over my head. He will be my first, last, and only call for any appliance issues in the future.

Called on Friday afternoon. Danny said he could come Saturday morning. He called in the morning before arriving. He & his colleague arrived w/in 15 minutes. Explained that problem could be one of 2 things : a broken compressor, which would not be cost effective to fix, or a capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and said he would return in a few hours to see if it worked. It didn't He removed the part and charged just for the service visit. He and his colleague were professional & pleasant.

We had to find an appliance repair guy fast as the fridge was not working and our old appliance guy had retired. Called 3 places and Danny was the only one to call back in a timely fashion. He came out the same day, fixed the fridge, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and was great to deal with. We have a new appliance guy!

I used Danny's Appliance Service. I was very happy with them. He is good. I have used him before. I had lost his number actually. I found him back on Angie's List all the way buried in the back. He is very good. He is actually very honest and very admirable. The last time I saw him was several months ago. He is very honest. He doesn't do unnecessary work. He tells you if something can't be fixed. He is just very honest. I have used him in the past and I am real happy with him. He couldn't repair my machine because it was beyond repair. I paid only the service fee. He is very good and he is very honest. I would use him again in the future.

He came promptly and replaced the part. He even called me a couple of hour later to make sure it was making ice. I will call him again if I need an appliace repaired.

Danny repaired my dryer. He was professional and reasonably priced.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AS SOON AS THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO BE COMING. AFTER THAT, EVERYTHING WAS FINE UP UNTIL I GOT THE BILL. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE WHEN HE CAME TO REPAIR THE WASHER. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COMPETENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE WASHER.
