Danny knew right away what the issue with my appliance was and fixed it in about a half an hour and now my appliance is up and running. The customer service was great, he was quick to reply, he gave me a call right away and was available for repair instantly. Highly recommend this business!

Danny contacted me very shortly after I requested him from Angi. Showed up when he said very professional. Would recommend to anyone don't hesitate.

Danny diagnosed the issue as a fan motor problem, then replaced the motor with a new part, which he had in his truck. I appreciated his no nonsense approach as well as his professionalism. He came in, diagnosed the problem and finished the job in less than half an hour.

Danny was available for a next-day service call. Although he was pretty sure it was an issue with the switches, he was concerned that the parts were non-returnable. Rather than charge me for something he was not 100% confident he could fix after purchasing the parts, he recommended i contact another repair company. if I have a problem with my fridge or washer/dryer, Danny will be the first one I call.

No response after two (2) full weeks. No response from Angie's List, either.

Danny did a great job of quickly finding and resolving the issue.

Top marks across the board. Danny arrived early, diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator within minutes, and was completely courteous and professional. Moreover, he advised against a repair which he would have made money from, at a time when I was so desperate I could have easily been talked into it. Danny and his helper Bill showed a wee bit late, but they jumped right in and got to work. The first item was our side by side refrigerator which had an ice dam at the bottom. Danny quickly diagnosed it as a clogged drain and skillfully corrected the problem. Next was what I really called him for which was the washing machine. It is a front loader and the door boot somehow got a tear in it and was now leaking water all over the floor. When I looked into how to repair this you apparently need to disassemble the entire machine. After watching the video and quickly surmising this was probably going to take me a few hours (and probably a few tries at getting the machine back together with all the parts...), I decided to call Danny. While he was in the midst of completing the repair he cleaned out the filter which was a SUPER nasty smelling job and informed me this has to be done from time to time (washing machine care and maintenance seemed to have slipped in my upbringing). In addition he informed me now my clothes would be cleaner and they should dry quicker too...which is happening! Danny and Bill finally after picking the washing machine to bones got the new boot installed and reassembled the machine. Danny tested it and verified it was working properly. Then I asked him to look at my last item a small garage refrigerator I had which just up and one day stopped working. Again Danny quickly identified the issue as a touchy defroster sensor and corrected the problem. Hat trick! Definitely worth the money. We had bought a dishwasher from Sears when our old one exploded. After a few months the handle fell off the front. Four phone calls and two freaking service visits from Sears to get this thing fixed. Needless to say after my last phone call to Sears I have been banned for life from their stores. But I now know never by the extended warranty. It's just not worth it. Danny came within 2 hours of me calling on a Saturday, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Next appliance problem we have I know who we're calling first.

He fixed it in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to everyone.

He was great! He is the kind of service provider that was more concerned with the situation than money. We needed a part which he had to order. Found one locally and made a second trip back to our house to install it. It did not solve our problem so he removed it and did not charge us. He made a recommendation to call Samsung and what to expect. After all his effort, he did not charge us because he had not solved the problem. He was friendly and helpful and made the kind of effort we really appreciated.

Great service and repair. Definitely will use again.

This is the second time we utilized Danny's services and he came through again. This time our washer and dryer were on the blink at the same time. Appointment was easily set-up and he was punctual. He diagnosed the washer problem by decoding the computer board. There were a few problems with the washer and Danny fixed the problem that was most cost effective while at the same time could alleviate the other problems. He was very honest and stated that if this fix may solve everything but if not he would have to come back to fix other problems. It worked!! The dryer was a simpler fix and his bundling of prices made it that much better. He consistently performs quality, honest work.

I would definitely recommend Danny. Over the weekend, he was on vacation yet still returned my call w advice. We set up appointment and he diagnosed, fixed within one hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, cleaned up and honest. no hesitation to recommend

Scheduled appointment, They said they would call me in the morning to get my address etc. because he didn't have a pen, and he'd come between 12-3. I don't hear from him, and it's almost 3 so I call to see if he's still coming. Said he was busy and would call back, finally called and then came by. He looked at the refrigerator and it was pretty clear he'd never worked on one of these refrigerators before. After taking the door off, pulling the drawers, etc. he stated that ice had built up in back of freezer and asked to borrow my hair dryer to defrost. Once defrosted (took about 5 minutes) he put the bins back in. He had me unplug refrigerator to reset computer to factory settings. Once the refrigerator camels back on there was an error. He had no clue how to fix. He started trying to look it up online. I googled it, found the fix, and told him what to do. He told me that it should be fixed, if not it's the computer and no sense fixing the ice maker cause I'll be better off getting a new refrigerator. So call him if it works and he'll bring me new ice maker. Charges me $240. Sure enough next day, same issue. I notice in the refrigerator a number I can call for Samsung repair. I call Samsung, make an appointment, technician shows up on time, takes one look at the freezer and says it's the gasket in the right top corner, it's not snug tight when closing. He proceeds to work on the gasket, fixes it by applying and building tape wedge in several places to improve the gaskets closure. He fixed my ice maker. So he fixed all my issues, works great now. My bill was less then $200. If I had listened to this guy, his recommendation was to get a new refrigerator if the problem wasn't fixed, because that meant it was the computer. Learned my lesson, next time only manufacturer repair people...and I think I'm going to rethink Angie's list... If this is the quality of their Super Award winners. Very disappointed.

I called Danny at 11am on a Thursday. I explained my problem and he said he is going away for the week-end and he can look it at lunchtime today or on Monday. So I said lets do it today. At 12:30 he was at my home and by 1:30 he had fixed my freezer.

He did all he could but both ended up needing to be replaced.

I called Danny in the morning and by early afternoon, he and another gentleman had arrived to work on my washer. It turned out that, much like a PC, my washing machine's computer had to be rebooted. They did this, and it is now working again. It was a quick and efficient experience. I would recommend.

When I sat down to look for a reliable and honest appliance guy to service my washer , I found it difficult to pick one that seemed satisfactory . I decided to try Danny because he seemed more transparent in posting his contact information as compared to others that I looked at . His reviews also seemed genuine as opposed to others that I read . He was quick to respond to my call and shortly after came to check my washer . He explained that I may need a new pump but also advised of other minor possible causes for the problem I was having and gave some advice . He suggested for me to continue to monitor the washer at this point and if the problem reoccurred then we could then proceed with changing the pump . He gave me an estimate on the cost of the repair if it should be needed and just charged me for the service call. I found his honesty and professional demeanor refreshing. I followed his advice , and I have not had any other issues at this point with my washer. I would use him again for any appliance issues that may come up and I recommend him to anyone who shares the concerns that I had in finding an appliance guy .

Very pleased with the experience. Danny's a good guy and made me feel at ease. Never got that "cr@p-just-let-an-ex-con-in-my-house" feeling. Washing machine wouldn't drain or start up. He changed the drain pump but that didn't fix the problem. I decided to leave the pump in as the unit is 8 years old. Changed a switch and the machine started working. While he was behind the stackable washer and dryer, he pointed out other issues that my home inspector pointed out 6 months ago when I moved in. He changed out the worn exhaust duct on my dryer with a fireproof one and added a clamp to attach it securely to the dryer. Also swapped out old rubber hoses on the washer with stainless steel hoses. This was much appreciated as I live in a high-rise and a leak could affect my neighbor downstairs. He was working with a helper for 2 - 3 hours. I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind rather than looking to do unnecessary work to run up the bill. Due to the amount of time he was working and the parts he replaced, I was not too surprised by the final cost of the repair. I highly recommend him and will absolutely call him the next time an appliance of mine cr@ps out. ONE small criticism: if Danny is reading this - do away with that coupon. It's misleading and it doesn't appear that you honor it. Not a problem though, buddy. I feel like I found an appliance repairman I can trust and that's worth more to me than the coupon.

I called Danny's Appliance Service LLC and before I knew it. He was at my door. Under 30 minutes my refrigerator was fixed and he was on his way to make another customer happy.

Danny called us back within a couple of hours on a Sunday, was able to come as soon as we were available during the next day or two, and completed the job satisfactorily in less than an hour. He was efficient, convenient, and our dryer is still working just fine several months later.

It went better then I could have expected. After determining the problem, the repairman had the part with him and the repair was completed in a short time.
