I e-mailed out the job pricing and details. About a week later you replied back agreeing to the bid. When we completed the project to your satisfaction and cleaned up and removed all the debris you requested a better price. I referred back to the written quote for the job that we agreed to before starting. I am sorry that you had this unexpected expense but why does my customer service and pricing have to take the hit? I did not charge you any more than we agreed to upfront and did all I agreed to do."
