 + -1 moreDid initial trim work but is still not complete. After some debate about how much exterior repair work was necessary, he promised to come back and start repair as we discussed the amended repair plan. He delayed all summer and after waiting 4 months ( and being told we'd start in September when pressed for a start date again, he said now he can't couldnt/ wouldn't do the job " because he was down 2 men" I'm left hanging , unable to get ANYONE at this time of the year to do the work needed. If he didn't want to do the job , as I suspect is the case , simply telling me that I r months ago would have let me at least have a chance of getting another contractor. Now I'm stuck . UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TRUSTWORTHY is my assessment based on my experience
