Disassembled boiler and cleaned, sealed possible leak areas, verified working condition, cleaned all flues and pipes. Treated working condition verified leak had stopped and diagnosed problem as result of power outage. All in working order as of two days after.

We have had him for about 5 or more years and he is really good. It is probably more like 8 years. We have had a situation where if a part breaks, he will come out in the middle of the night to fix it. He is a very trustworthy and nice person. I will let him come when I am not home to work on the burner. I highly recommend him.
