Aucella Heating & Cooling

Although they come annually to inspect my old furnace and water heater, they have also come twice on weekends when my heat stopped working. I had one occasion when my heat wasn't working on one of the coldest days of the year - on a Sunday.  I called Aucella Heating and left a message and a call was promptly returned. After explaining what i was seeing they were able to determine that my thermostat batteries were dead.  (I thought it was wired into the house so it never occurred to me). He talked me through how to replace the batteries and they never charged me for their time.  I appreciate that they took the time to figure out the problem before just sending a guy out and charging a bundle for an emergency response.  I am a loyal customer now.

Having just purchased a home that was built in 1850, I had a lot of questions about the condition of my heating system. I also had no idea about when it had last been serviced, so I wanted to get someone out to look at it ASAP. Lucky for me, Aucella Heating & Cooling really fit the bill. In a relatively short amount of time, they were able to send someone out to service the system. Adam was on time, very thorough in his looking through the system, and even put up with all my pesky questions. Another thing to note that I thought was a nice touch: Adam wore plastic booties over his work boots in an effort to avoid bringing dirt into the house. 
Bottom line, now I am informed and the service was impeccable. Will absolutely be calling Aucella Heating & Cooling again!

Excellent from start to finish. In terms of the pricing they were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend Jay Aucello for anytype of work with heating and cooling.
