Poor installation. No attention to detail and rushed the job. The windows do not slide smoothly or tilt out without scraping and were poorly insulated. I have installed a number of replacement windows so I know right from wrong. Installation for 12 windows was supposed to take 2 days but it took 5 hours. The installers were NOT going to insulate around the frames until I insisted. They refused to insulate the bottom of the frame to my satisfaction. They refused to install the top vinyl trim cap. This left a one inch space above the window frame which they filled with caulking. The caps ended up being leftover parts. Skip ( owner) offered to take them out and re-install (no thanks), Skip apologized and blamed it on coronavirus. The windows are of good quality but they were installed incorrectly.

"Mark, As you know we had been in contact since March 26, 2020. Your concerns were taken very seriously. You explained to me and I listened. I explained to you that Gov. Charlie Baker had made the decision to close all non-essential businesses and we abided by that. Also, I explained to you that I would be more than happy to come out and visit and address any and all concerns you might have. Initially, you agreed to this. I also asked that you send pictures of your concerns in the meantime so I could at the very least get a visual. You have yet to send me the pictures and only recently has MA opened back up. The request for pictures was made by me on March 26, 2020. I again requested on April 2, 2020. You had made the decision between March 26 and April 2 that you were adamantly refusing my assistance and help. Again, I am very sorry that you have reached this conclusion. I take a great deal of pride in taking care of all our customers. Your project maintains all its warranties and I will be here if you need anything. Best Regards, Skip Longacre"

installers came the day they were scheduled to start the project. They were on time and actually finished earlier than estimated. Very professional and answered all my questions during and after installation on the new windows. The office was in contact with me before during and after the work was completed. very satisfied with the work done. would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Window Source!

Not only was point of sale and customer service great, but the installer was on time, had tons of experience and just made it look easy. Was quite the great experience in a world of not so good ones lately. Would use the window source again in a heartbeat. Great work guys.
