Very helpful, explained everything clearly and answered questions. Definitely a cheaper alternative to bath fitter or replacing tub. Tub looks brand new; fairly large crack in floor of tub completely gone. Changed color from yucky beige to crisp white. (Not sure if other colors are extra charge.) Had to reschedule date of repair or I would have given him in A for punctuality too.
9/26/2011 A few weeks after the work was done, a small leak appeared. The company responded quickly and professionally to correct the problem. I was very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness. My recommendation stands.
