They do a really good job.  They always do a good job.  They're dependable and reliable.  They're very nice people at the front desk.  They're very responsive.  We've used them for 10 or 12 years.

They're dependable.  It's usually about 45 minutes to an hour at the most, depending on what has to be done, but we sit in the waiting room for about an hour at the most.

I have visited many car dealerships, and by far, I am most impressed with Rochester Toyota. I primarily interacted with the salesman, Ray Bailey. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or aggressive in any way. Everyone there worked very hard to make the price with in my budget, not what I could afford to pay per month... there's a difference!
The entire process was positive, and I would recommend Ray every time!

I brought my car in for an oil change and they noticed that the wheel barring was rusted and had the potential to break off. I was grateful that they brought the issue to my attention as it had the potential to be a larger problem and a danger down the road. They gave me a quote on that first visit and helped me schedule a time to bring my car in to get repaired. They work with an Enterprise across the street so I didn't need to worry about being without a car for a day which made my life much easier.
Friendly, reliable service. Their cost was less than a local shop and I trust the work they do.

I brought my truck in for inspection of a factory covered warranty part. Approval was granted. The part eventually came in (after 5 weeks). There could have been better communication about the outer range of waiting for the part. But, when I brought it to the attention of the service manager, a rental upgrade was arranged and work was done promptly and satisfactorily when the part came in.
