Cost was MUCH less than other estimates!! I had 4 smaller jobs...bathtub drain and bathtub spout/shower mechanism repairs, replacement of entire toilet tank float and flapper with new handle and lever, and also replacement of outdoor faucet with replacement of the indoor shutoff for it. My garbage disposal was unjammed by Jeff so that I didn't need to replace it. Great job! Everything working perfectly now. With other estimates from other plumbers, nobody mentioned attempting to unjam the disposal motor. The other plumbers wanted big bucks to replace it. I won't be calling anyone except Jeff (and John) Bresnahan for any further plumbing work that I need to have done. Highly recommended!

he takes the avg price in your area,then he applys it to you. i believe the price of $125 per hour should be on a job by job basis on how long its gonna take for my batbroom to be fixed, every bathroom is diffrent to take a avg price and apply it to everyone is wrong.

Jeff, of Bresnahan Plumbing & Heating was punctual, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my clogged toilet. He cleaned up when he was done and he did it all for a very reasonable price. Jeff installed a kitchen faucet and garage disposal I purchased. I did not inform him it was a totally new install (garbage disposal)and did not have the cord needed. He went to Home Depot to get the part and completed the installation of the garage disposal. He made every effort to satisfy the customer in every way and does quality work at a good price. Very professional and friendly.

Jeff was friendly, informative and very dedicated to solving my problem which had a few surprises. He would not stop until the problem was fixed with a 60 year old tub/shower fawcet. I would definitely use him again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO INSTALL A VANITY!!! Jeff is incompetent and does not stand behind his work. I hired Jeff through Home Advisor to install 2 toilets and 2 bathroom vanities. Toilets seem ok but he massively damaged 1 vanity because he installed it incorrectly. He came to the job unprepared, had to leave repeatedly because he didn't have the correct tools or materials needed and had my daughter running around as though she was his assistant. I was very specific in explaining what he could expect because I knew there were potential challenges but he obviously didn't listen because he's a know-it-all who knows little (he readily admitted he hadn't listened). Because the damage he caused to my new vanity was so extensive and I was trying so hard to 'work with him' so he wouldn't have to buy me a new one, I missed the fact that when he installed it, he only used 1 screw on each wall and left a wide gap along one wall. It looks like a 5-year old installed it - seriously, I could have done better. I've called several times to have him come back to fix it but have gotten no response-no surprise there. Please understand, I tried to work with this man, did not force him to buy a new vanity after he damaged mine so badly and paid what he asked but I could never recommend him. He offered no compensation for the damage he caused and refused my request for one. He openly admitted to my daughter and I that he often overcharged folks (but supposedly gave me the "family" price) and that doing a good job was not something he valued - he actually said these things, I'm not making this up. This is a man who talks like he's great but his work is shoddy at best. Maybe hire him for a leaky pipe but do not let him convince you he can install vanities. He cannot. This is not a master of his trade. And if he responds to this reference, know that he likely spends a good portion of his life trying to explain his errors away and there is no excuse for the mess (he also didn't clean up after himself) and damage he left at my home. I swear all the good ratings on Home Advisor were from relatives or for very simple jobs.

Jeff and his young apprentice came the day before granite counters were to be installed and disconnected pipes from 6 old sinks. After installation of the counters, Jeff returned and installed new plumbing and faucets (thanks for the recommendation) for three sinks. The remaining plumbing/faucets were completed within a few days. Everything was done professionally and within the quoted price.
