Knowledgable and prompt service. Didn't get multiple quotes so I'm not sure of cost comparison. Final cost seemed a little on the high side but got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

I felt that the price is high thus the rating of 3.5 but the service was excellent. He is very thorough and went over each item that require work and clearly communicate the cost and effort for each task. He provided a few options to choose so you are not stuck with just one.
