Dan did a replacement/upgrade of our shower fixtures AND an undercounter instant hot water install. He was prompt, courteous and went above/beyond to make sure were were happy with the results. We would DEFINITELY hire him again.

We were in the need of a new plumber and we chose Dan Lavigne through Home Advisor. Dan was very prompt in calling us back to make an appointment. Over the phone, we told him that we needed to install a new toilet and to repair an existing one. He was very courteous and professional and came out within a reasonable time frame to do the work for us. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his service and pricing. We have other small jobs for him and we are definitely calling him back! He is great and we highly recommend him.

Dan takes the time to fully understand your issue/project over the phone and answer all your questions. He didn't want to use any supplies I had bought at the hardware store saying he would use his so I could return them. He worked quick and efficiently.

Dan was terrific. Originally there were no "same day" time slots available for him to do our repair. But he called in the late morning and said he may be able to add me in for the end of the day. He called when he was 20 minutes away, was on time, immediately identified the initial repair, saw a second issue that I was not even aware of yet, and repaired that as well.
