Affordable Tree Services

Poor communication and follow up. I needed residential tree removal and pruning. I got someone (I presume it was the owner) to come to the house the same day I called so I could show them what I needed done. He took notes and I wrote down my email address for him to send an estimate, then I sent a follow up text message later that day or the next with a change to the scope of work (actually making the job easier for him, not harder). I received confirmation he received the text message, but that's where the communication ended. Never got back to me with an estimate. I ended up hiring someone else.

it went very well, they came up told them what i was looking to do. they looked it over and gave me a better option that i did not think could be done. they were very easy to talk to. we agreed on a price and with in minutes the tree was down. i would highly recommend this company. This is the guy you want who'll do the best job at a very, very fair price. He was friendly, professional, and got here really quick. Bob took down a small clump of tricky, half-dead trees in no time flat just before a storm. He did it safely, super fast, and nailed the landing. I will absolutely call him for any other tree services. Great job!
