Within an hour of prospecting on Home Advisor before 7am, Joe called. He quoted the work over the phone while looking at a photo I sent him, and the work was done by noon, at the price quoted. This was an emergency because my Water Heater went suddenly, and to be without hot water for half a day, was much better than expected. Joe was great and I would recommend him to anyone look for an experienced plumber!

Work was completed quickly and I would hire Mr. Belanger again.

I had to replace the valve for my washer hookups. Joe did a very thorough job. Took his time and did things the wright way! Was very impressed with the quality of work and how he stayed to make sure that everything was hooked up correctly with my washer and made sure that it even drained correctly. Was very satisfied and would definitely hire again!

Quick response! Pipe was leaking, so I had to shut off the water to the entire house...so I needed help quickly. Joe installed two new pipes in about an hour, and everything is good now. Great job!

He missed the first appointment for the estimate, after that he was on time. The work came out good but he was a little reluctant to listen to my suggestions. I would hire him again though.

Joe was able to come to my aid on the evening I called him, although he did have to return the following day. Through no fault of his he did finish up as well as replacing a kitchen faucet for me as well. He quickly responded to to my phone calls and we connected easily.

Joe kept his appointments on time. He was polite, knowledgeable on the work and does what he says. He saved us money by asking us to look into the warranty on the part. Completed the work as promised on time. We'll hire him for our plumbing next job.

Reliable, on time and does what he says he's going to do. He was in and out in the time he said. The installation was perfect. He connected me to a sheet rock guy to finish the walls after. He did a great job, too. All I did was a little paint.

Very good experience - there was a hose that he didn't replace that's why I gave him a 4 on quality.

Joe arrived at the specified time to locate our shower stall leak. He found it quickly and replaced the faulty drain pipe. He was courteous, efficient and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I called on Joe Yesterday and he returned my call by 7:30 this morning and I explained I needed a Hot Water Tank cause mine was leaking. He gave me a quote over the phone and I told him to come over and do the job.Joe showed up at about 930AM and I showed him the tank and he told me the same price he quoted over the phone. He came with everything he needed and was done in about 2.5 - 3 hrs. He is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable guy. I would highly recommend at least calling him before you have anything done by someone else.

Outside faucet caused a leak in the basement. We had to shut off the main. Joe called us within 10 minutes and quoted a reasonable price to take care of our problem on a Sunday. Joe replaced/repaired the pipe. Installed an indoor shut off and a new faucet outside. Very neat and professional job. I highly recommend him. He is experienced and explains what needs to be done. By the way, I didn't hear from anyone else for two days.

The project was two fold. First was running a new sewer main from a Building site to the street and making the appropriate connections. And then running a 1" water main from the Building site to the curb box and making the appropriate connections. He was by far the best value for the services performed. His time estimate was spot on, material were at cost, he pulled the proper permits and his work passed inspection with no problems or concerns. Showed up on time, worked well with the other contractors on site, and did his homework on the materials I wanted to use. When the city initially informed me a licensed plumber had to do this work, I was in a bit of a time crunch as the foundation was being poured in less than 4 days and we were still unsure if the plumbing was going above or below the proposed footings. Mr Belanger had other projects going on and I had my own delays to deal with but he worked with us and got the project done without complaining. The house is in the process of being built and the sewer line has not been tested, but from all outward appearances, we should be fine. Also provided required insurance certificates in a timely manner.

Ask him specifically to give you the quote, before starting the work. Bring the heater without measuring the size can fit to the location, charged extra to take it back.

My 2nd floor shower drain was leaking and he fixed it by opening from top. Tough job but he did it good. No more leaks.
