We are very pleased that we chose K&M’s Home Solutions to help us resolve problems with siding rot and other projects we have been talking about for years! Their customer service, professionalism and quality of work is definitely best in class based on our experience. Some contractors will only do the minimum, but they show great care to make sure we would be happy even if an underlying problem was not found until the work was already underway. We will definitely call K&M's in the future for projects big and small.

Mike was fantastic. He worked diligently, with exceptional detention to detail. He worked like it was his own home. He explains choices, and what needed to happen. He was very courteous and respectful of my home and my dogs. He removed all rubbish and left the lawn free of shingles, nails, etc. He is also funny, and engaging. I felt so comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend him for any home project. He was always here when he said he would be here, and he worked with my ever changing schedule. I started out wanting him to work on my new home in October, he found workers over Thanksgiving to put a new roof on my garage so the sale of the house would go through. I can't speak more highly of him.

I have hired K & M Home Solutions for various projects both big and small and am extremely satisfied with the results. Mike and his team are 100% trustworthy, reliable and highly skilled at what they do! When we had the mancave built, we had to deal with the town for some very challenging permit issues related to the mancave egress and Mike was determined to find the right solution that met all parties' requirements and expectations. It was completed to code and within the promised timeframe. No job is too big or challenging for Mike and he is honest and very easy to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship by the end results of the job at hand! I would definitely hire him again and recommend him and his team.

Mike was very pleasant to work with. Nothing was ever an issue to them and quality is sue. They went above and beyond (and even did a little painting). I had them come back a few months later and install our bar. I would highly recommend these people for your work.
