New England Renovations

This has been the worst experience I have ever paid for. I just filed a consumer complaint with the NH Dept. of Justice. I am currently six weeks into the project and I have seen these contractors a total of 10 days. I've been told in person and over the phone that they will show up to work and never do. They never call when they don't show up. I was without water for 6 days. I was without a shower for 15 days. No work has been done on either bathroom in over a week and there's an electrical outlet that shocks you if you touch it, the tile work is terrible (jagged edges, not flush with the wall, grout splattered), the toilet rocks back and forth when you sit on it, there's a hole in the floor where the vanity is supposed to go, neither bathroom or any of my two bedrooms have doors (and haven't for six weeks), I don't have a light in one bathroom so I am using a desk lamp. I'm not worried about it getting wet because the water is not turned on in that half bathroom sink. This business is a total scam!
