Iâ m nearly 60 and rarely write reviews about anything, but Toddâ s Tree Service did an extraordinary job with the extensive storm damage in my backyard. Everything about the experience was positive- from getting the estimate to the tree removal.Todd provided the estimate ( which was the most reasonable one I received) and then he came back to walk the to yard with my boyfriend to ensure we were on the same page in terms of expectations. They arrived on the day they said they would. The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. Above all else they did everything they said they would do - and they did it extremely well. Todd was friendly and very personable and his estimate was very fair. The estimate was also the final price. I was rather late in finding services for this tree and other businesses wouldnâ t consider removing it before January, one at double the price. This tree was definitely a worry to my family. Todd offered to have it done within two weeks and we were thrilled. Then he called after the weekend to say his crew would be able to come over that very day!!! Tonight the tree is gone, the yard is neat and tidy and we no longer have to worry the winter wind or ice will bring it down on to our home. My husband and I are more than pleased with Toddâ s Tree Service and will absolutely use them in the future.

We were lucky to find Todd to handle our tree removal and tree trimming. They ground our stump and hauled materials with no issues. Very conscientious about our irrigation and possible underground utilities.

This owner does not stand by his work. We hired him for tree removal and it has been a nightmare since. Todd was paid in full. He ruined my yard tore up my lawn and just left it. We tried in vain to reach out to him many times with little or no response. Unfortunately I tried with the BBB and they also had no luck with Mr. Todd.. poor way to do business . I would not recommend this company to anyone. My loss. Lesson learned!

"Some customers are just out there to take advantage of honest businesses and they thought we were one of them. They wanted $500 off the job because we worked to fast! There was minor ground damage in an isolated 3x3 area due to the yard having large amounts of ledge popping up through the soil. Any vehicle tire would cause ground disturbance. Our employees were told that they did not need to repair the area with the tractor we had on site because the husband would do it with his tractor. When it came time to pay the bill they tried to withhold an arbitrary amount of money in the sum of $500. I offered to bring 2 yards of loam at no cost but I was unwilling to discount such a large amount of money. They agreed to the loam being delivered and then made it impossible to deliver the loam and kept trying for a cash discount. Unfortunately a cash discount would have likely prevented 3 years of trolling, stealing our lawn signs in town and having to be blocked on Facebook. We do good business and our reviews tell the true story."

Tree Removal
I had 3 trees down due to bad storm. Two of the trees landed against the house and were resting on the power lines. Todd responded right after my invite on Home Advisor and promptly removed the trees a few days later. Him and his crew did a great job getting the trees off the house and lines. They did it within about 2 hours and had everything cleaned up. He also worked with me on the removal of the stumps and that was done the following week. Again a great job as they also back filled the holes. All that was left were some trace tracks from the excavator on the lawn. He is prompt, professional and excellent to work with. Very happy.

I had a combination of tree needs; a few large trees to cut down completely, many trees which needed trimming of dead branches, other trees which had died and were half standing and tree branches pruned from being on my roof. All were completed and the debris dumped where I approved. the driveway and lawn area was blown clean of small debris. My daughter stated they were there from about 8:30am to 5pm when I arrived home. The price was high but given the time it took, the removal of debris, it was worth it. They also did some extra trimming and removal of downed trunks.

Todd responded to my inquiry within 2 days. He gave me an estimate right away, it was satisfactory. He told me when he could remove the trees and how long it would take ( 1 Day). His crew arrived when he said they would. They were very professional and friendly. The three trees were taken down and removed with minimal damage to my wife's garden and our lawn. Clean up was very well handled and they were gone by the end of the day. I will hire them again when I need tree service.

Todd was great. I had many trees that I needed cut when I put a new pool in. He chopped them all down (that he quoted me for) and a few extras. They did it quickly (one day) and cleaned up everything. I even asked them to put the wood chips far away (in the backyard) and he did it (even though it involved moving the trees far away). Price was the most competitive of all the pros that I got quotes from.

Great experience, from quoting to scheduling to execution. Todd's price was competitive with one other we secured, plus Todd made some good, no pressure suggestions about other work we might consider. Hired him on the spot to do it all, and we couldn't be happier. Like others have said, his crew is very professional, plus it's a lot of fun to watch them cut down and dispose of some big trees! I had an emergency tree situation where after high winds cracked my trees in half. Todd called me within 10 minutes and was out to my house the same day. After removing 4 damaged trees, the work crew left my hard looking great. I would highly recommend Todd's Tree Service.

I was extremely impressed with the great job that Todd���s Tree Service did. I had my trees trimmed that were growing over the top of my roof and this company did a beautiful job trimming my trees. Their prices were very competitive with other companies. And they did an excellent job cleaning up my yard after the job was done. And in addition they were very professional and extremely friendly. I definitely would recommend this company and I would consider using this company again in the future.
