Shawn's crew did an excellent job. Not only did they redo the roof, they also made any structural repairs that were needed. Pete, the crews supervisor was very easy to talk to and very informative on any repairs that needed to be done. They were done in less than two days. The roof looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Having had my mother's roof redone in MA, I was expecting another nightmare. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WITH PYRAMID! Came on time, went to work immediately. Crew has a system that works! Was afraid my 4 dogs would go nuts, but it was so quiet we all took a nap during it! I was picking up nails for months after at mom's house. I found only two that had gone far afield at mine. I had NO cleanup to do... they did an amazing job. Roof is great

Great people to work with. A very hard working conscientious crew, they pay attention to details and leave your home cleaner when they leave than when they started. Details of the job are explained up front so there are no surprises. The front man Shawn makes sure everything is ready to go as well as a phone call before and after the job. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of roof work. The roofs look great and should last many years. The roofing system installed was a lifetime GAF system with new ridge vents, and ice and water shield.

Good group of guys, done expeditiously - some plants got trampled and they had to come back for the magnet sweep, but overall they did a good job.

Shawn stayed in contact with me the whole time. The crew worked hard and got the job done in the time they said they would. The estimate was the best for the job. Had one estimate a little lower, but no lifetime warranty.The lifetime warranty was something no one else could offer, and those that did the cost was considerably higher.

Excellent! They got here at 7:30 am and left at three and did a great job. I was happy !!

The owner/rep. was professional and very informative about all aspects of the job from set-up to clean-up. There were no up-sell "surprises" and the guarantees were the best of all companies bidding on this job. Pricing was right too. Would hire this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Shawn was organized at our first meeting. He was specific about what he would do on our roof. They did exactly what they said they would - the group worked well together in bad weather. I was very pleased with the experience.
