Working with Pyramid was a great experience. The owner was very quick to diagnose the problems my roof had and provide an informational package on the service he offered and the products he used. The price was lower than most of my other quotes. Even on the one it matched, Pyramid was doing more work with higher quality materials. No brainer. The job itself was done within about a week, with the crew working extra time on Easter Sunday to make sure the job was done. My home was treated respectfully with full cleanup after the fact. My yard looks better now than it did before they replaced my roof. Would definitely recommend for your roofing needs.

I called Pyramid Roofers yesterday, along with probably hundreds of other people in the area suffering the same fate, when my ceiling started leaking from 6' of snow on the roof. Pyramid promised to come out the next day to help me out, while others in the area weren't booking for weeks. They arrived after a long day on the job, in the frigid weather, and I couldn't have asked for better guys. Even with the hours and temps, they were personable, professional and amazingly hard working. They worked very efficiently to clear the snow and ice and the customer service from everyone I spoke to was wonderful. I would truly recommend them to anyone. After conducting a thorough search of qualified roofers in our area we selected Pyramid. Our neighbor had recently contracted Pyramid to replace their roof and like us were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of their work. They also had done an extensive search in their quest to find the right roofing company to do the job! Matt, Freddie and their highly skilled crew did an excellent job managing the project and their workmanship was first rate! I worked on many roofing projects in my youth and it was immediately obvious these guys really knew their trade. Several neighbors commented on how quickly they completed the job and how the crew worked in unison like a finely tuned machine. I asked a neighbor who is a master builder to inspect their work. He was very impressed with the quality of the materials and their workmanship. I would highly recommend Pyramid Roofing!

Very easy to work with before and after signing of the contract. Provided good communication of schedule changes due to weather related delays. Informed us of three days in advanced of dumpster and material arrival as well as start date. The day Pyramid crew arrived, they were on-time, Foreman explained the full process and answered questions throughout the two days of roof installation. During and after completing the job kept the area very clean. We were very pleased with the workmanship provided by the Pyramid Roofing.

Shawn and the crew were professional. We were facing snow and bad weather and the crew did an exceptional job to complete the roof the first week of December in between freezing rain sleet and snow. At no point was any of the roof striiped and expossed to the elements. I admire their hard work and speed and job quality. I love the warranty and would defintely refer them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

I am comfortable giving this company such high ratings. The entire process was flawless. Shawn (estimator) is very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and is very knowledgable. It was late fall and we were facing a snow storm within a week. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule within 5 days! The job was finished in 1 day! The crew was very meticulous and hard-working. From beginning to end, Shawn wanted us to be 100% satisfied, and we are! The product is high quality and the prices competitive. Overall, the process was seamless and I would positively recommend Pyramid Roofing to my family and friends.

Shawn and the crew were professional and did great work. The roof looks great, the yard is clean. He attended to all issues . It was nice to deal with someone who answers your calls and shows up as promised. Great work for a good value.

Professional timely installation. Labor and material warranties appear to be an industry best. Shawn provided an estimate that was exceeded by $700.00 when roofing process was completed. Possible rot issues with my plywood subroof were completed that I as owner never was able to see.

When I met with Shawn to review the details of the roofing process, he provided a welcomed level of comfort that the work would be done professionally and with the highest quality. As expected, the crew was professional and took pride in their work to make sure the job was done right, including the smallest details. As weather conditions were not always cooperative, the crew put in the extra time and effort to make sure the job was on track. Updates on their progress and schedule were provided daily. All cleanup work was done including a follow up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall it was a very satisfying experience working with Pyramid Roofing and I would highly recommend them.

Shawn was professional and always willing to take the time to answer questions when asked. He explained the complete roofing process and provided information about the products that he would use. I went online to research the products and found they were of quality, reliability, and carried an excellent warranty. We signed the contract with him and when his crew arrived, they were on time, professional, and comprehensively finished the roof on time and on contract pricing agreement. They cleaned up the work area when done and restored it back to good condition. Shawn guarantees his work and product with an excellent warranty. Yes, I would recommend Pyramid Roofing to others.

Crew did a great job protecting garden and large sunflower, and crew members were personable and professional. Pyramid's pricing is quite competitive, and we are very pleased with our new roof and a job well done. Crew put in extra effort to finish job at 9 PM on the second day, on a holiday weekend, which was very much appreciated.
