When I hired Pyramid Roofing I did so on what other reviews said and was hesitant because you just never know how truthful people are and how good a business really is. But let me tell you these guys are the best, very professional, did a fantastic job and cleaned up so it was like they were never there. If anyone asks me about a roofing company Pyramid Roofing is going to be who I recommend to everyone. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. You will not be disappointed hiring Pyramid Roofing.

We considered 4 companies to replace the roof on our 28 year old home. We established some criteria like the willingness of the company to provide references before we signed up. We checked with the three references provided before proceeding forward with Shawn. Shawn answered also of our questions and provided a very competitive quote. I got concerned when I realized he was operating out of his home but everything was very professional done. We were able to select the GAF shingles we desired and there were no charges until the work was completed. This is not offered by many of the people in this business. We had a very minor issue with the clean-up. A single call to Shawn resolved the issue the very next day. The crew was quite professional while on site and worked diligently to complete the project in two days, never leaving our home exposed to weather. We now have a transferrable 50 year warrantee that improves the value of our home and a warrantee that Pyramid which only uses its own permanent crews is there to fix any issues we encounter in the future. Shawn was very pleasant to work with and committed to the highest quality and to resolving any issues that might inadvertently occur. He was extremely responsive thru this process.

I had a fairly large roof that I obtained at least 8 bids for- Pyramid was almost the lowest bid but provided labor and product lifetime warranty at no extra cost as opposed to other, and was thousands less in some instances. Pyramid was responsive, worked clean and were respectful of the house. The work came out great and we couldnt be happier with the roof we got.

We have a 1900 New Englander. We were pressed to do something late in the fall after the heavy rains, and before winter. Most roofers were already booking into the next year. Shawn was able to fit us in and complete it on time. We chose them because, though they were in the upper mid range price, they installed all the top quality items, extra ice and water shield, lead, and had a lifetime warranty on their work (and shingles through GAF). They stripped 3 layers of shingles down to old board sheathing, installed new plywood and all the elements of a complete GAF roof system.

Shawn was very professional and kept his promises. He actually moved my job up when I told him.I had a leak. They did the job in 1 day and I have faith that if there are future issues, that he will fix them as stated in his warranty.He wasn't the lowest price, but was the best value!

They've done a lot of work for me and are very good, on time and on budget. As a matter of fact, I've just called them for another job! Any problem that shows up they take care of. Prices are excellent too!

It was time for a complete new roof, and Pyramid were on my list of possible contractors to use. From start to finish Pyramid were communicative, explained the work superbly, and also made some additions to the quote to suit my needs with no issues at all. The price was very competitive and came with the best warranty out of all the companies that I had contacted. The crew that did the job were professional (Pete is a great people person and real easy to work with), polite, and worked their butts off for two full days. They prevented damage to my house and land, and the clean up was excellent. I highly recommend this company, as my experience with them was nothing but positive. When i've got the money together to have the siding done in a couple of years they will be my first choice for that work too.

We are very pleased with the job done by Pyramid Roofing and Louis the crew foreman. Our home is a large 4 bedroom A-Frame with a 24 ft square garage that required 45 squares to re-roof. Shawn was prompt with his estimate and called us three days prior to the materials being delivered to let us know the job would be started. He let us know up front the job would take two days. We were skeptical that it could be done that quickly. Louis and his crew arrived just after 7 am on the first day and Louis talked over the job with me. Once Louis and I were done the crew dove into the job and did not stop except for a lunch break. At the end of the day Louis again reviewed what had been accomplished and what would be done the second day. A problem with the original estimate had come to light, but Shawn is a stand up guy and we worked out a solution that satisfied everyone. At the end of the second day the job was done, the area cleaned and the roof looks great! Louis and his crew are hardworking, professional, obviously take pride in their work and it shows.

GREAT PRICE!! GREAT RESULTS!! But most of all, GREAT PEOPLE to deal with...from the owner's estimate to the 4-person crew who actually did the work. Peter and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous. The few times I did watch it was obvious they were skilled and efficient in all aspects of the job. They were meticulous in the details of their work. I was totally impressed with the job!!!

They were not the cheapest, but only by ($200). Shawn was very clear about his crews being professional. When the guy came out to quote the roof, he gave us a bunch of pamplets giving us all the product info of all the materials being used. The crew showed up and in two days the roff was complete, yard cleaned up, and the dumpster was gone the following day. At the end of day two I did a walk around and found only one minor issue with the roof cap, and was promply fixed. They are a good group of guys!

very nice clean-up, did everything they said they would. The owner, Shawn, was right on top of things, always responding to my inquiries. As for work quality it looks good, but only time will tell. I'd like to be asked the same question 3- 5 years from now. We do plan on hiring them again.
