Shawn and his crew were very professional courteous and worked hard to make sure that my concerns and questions were addressed. They cleaned up well, although we found some nails later on. The job took a bit longer than I think they had anticipated, but they kept a great attitude and worked despite being the hottest three days in July. I would recommend them as I think they have a great crew and use the best materials and methods.

The job was completed in one day as promised and the new roof looks great. The crew did a nice job tenting and with the cleanup. Due to conflicting schedules, we had to push the start date, and Shawn was accomodating. As soon as the dumpster is removed, we will be back to normal. We'd recommend the Pyramid crew to others looking to replace their roof.

I recieved a comparable quote. They did a good job. The only concern I had was they had to shovel snow off the roof and they did not protect my shrubs in the front of the house.

Shawn took a lot of time explaining the job, going over the quote with us and giving us information on his company. The whole process was completely pressure free. Every time I contacted him with further questions about the job, he answered very quickly and pleasantly. I research any contractors we hire very carefully, and I was very impressed with Pyramid Roofing. The roof came out beautiful, all the workers were friendly and professional and the price was unbeatable. My only regret is the Shawn doesn't offer all my remodeling needs, as I would seriously never hire a different contractor again.

Professionalism and workmanship of the installation team was outstanding. Care, effort and cleanup supper. Pricing extremely competitive. Administrative process was a bit trying but not a negative. Definitely would recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Shawn and his company. They did a great job !!!!!!! Everything was cleaned up afterwards and they were very considerate of the neighbors. They have already been recommened.

Did a good job, however, a leak remained after they were done. They were excellent at honoring their 15 year- leak warranty. It required 3 attempts but there was never a delay in getting someone here to fix it; meaning they are good to their word on their warranty!

A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND WERE VERY AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB I WOULD NOT HESSITATE TO RECOMEND OR HIRE THEM AGAIN !!!
