Shawn contacted me almost immediately after I entered my search on the website. He came for an estimate the next day at my convenience, gave me a complete run down of the service, materials, warranties and other details. No other roofing contractor could match the package. The dumpster and materials were delivered as described, and the crew arrived exactly when we were told they would. The job was done quickly, efficiently and with no complications. Two days after the work was done the dumpster was picked up. The grounds were completely cleaned and the roof looks great. Everything about this experience was first class.

Shawn contacted me within a few hours of submitting a request for replacing my roof through service magic. The next morning he gave me a complete quote, answered all my questions, handed me his insurance information along with his GAF approved vinstaller information. His pricing came in the 2nd lowest of 6 vendors and included the GAF lifetime warranty. The work was done in one day. There was a minor spot we found on the roof where the tiles at the edge of the roof wasn't totally nailed down and he sent someone over within a few days and took care of it. Throughout the process he and his crew were totally professional. -

Shawn is a great Salesman. He really knows his product and keeps you up to date on what and when to expect the job to start and be finished. His crew led by Kevin was very good and friendly. They (the hard workers) still had smiles on they're faces when talking to me after a hard day of work. My property was respected and cleaned up very well before they left. Shawn's initial meeting, which resulted in the development of a proposal, was very thorough. His price provided the greatest value of all four estimates that I obtained. His pricing reflected his aggressive approach to winning the work, and while I was not able to see every bit of the roof intallation I believe he delivered on all of his promises. Overall, I was pleased. There were some broken shrubs after the installation but I think it is extremely hard to avoid any damage at all, especially with gardens as large as ours.

Shawn and his team were professional and got the work done in the time comitted. The clean up was excellent. We love our new roof!

His guys worked very hard to get the job done, correctly and on time. The new roof looks great! I would have rated them 5 stars, but the clean-up was only average. Fantastic experience! Shawn was very professional and courtious. The price was very competitive. The quality of the work was very good! In fact, we have four skylights in our back room. They leaked before Pyramid put the roof on. The skylights continued to leak after Pyramid put the roof on. We called Shawn and told him of our problem and within a couple of hours he had workers over to access the problem. It was discovered that the skylights themselves were leaking - not the roof. But, Shawn had his men fix the seal on the skylights at a very minimal cost [just materials] - within hours! Shawn honors his promise of no leaks!

Professional, responsive, and they were in and out in a day. The roof looks terrific. The warranty is good. And they are very reasonably priced. Great experience with this company. I am happy that my wife and I went through servicemagic, because I would probably not have thought of checking out contractors in Manchester, when I live in Nashua , but I received two contractors off servicemagic and two locally on my own (checking references), both off servicemagic were very reasonably priced, but I liked Pyramids options better. Out of the other two local ones 1 was outrageously priced the other was a no show on the estimate. Pyramid A+ !
