They were very professional and efficient. They worked very hard, in temperatures that were not conducive to outside work (14 degrees one morning). Communication with Shawn was outstanding as unexpected snow caused some changes in scheduling the job. He called us several times to keep us aware of the start date. We highly recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof installed.

Shawn is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. He contacted me and came out to provide an estimate within � hour of me contacting Home Advisors. He was very provisional and detailed in his quote and presentation. Most importantly, his quote was the most attractive and reasonable while providing quality material and warranty. Shawn went an extra mile and was able to start the job sooner than originally planned as I was getting concerned with potential weather effects. His crew showed up on time and worked very hard on extremely cold day and completed job in a day. They did perfect job cleaning all debris and nails and were very helpful in answering any questions I had and trust me I do ask lot of questions during any home improvement jobs. I wish Shawn was offering more home improvement services and if so he would be my �go to guy�.

We were impressed from the first meeting with Shawn to the finished product. His crew was professional and courteous. They arrived on time and work very long days to get the job done on time. The yard was very clean when they were done I think we only found 3-4 nails, which I am told is very good for a job this large. We had a bunch of sheathing replaced and they did a good job. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes. My wife and I would recommend them.

Shawn did an excellent showing the materials he was going to use. He clearly explained his companies standards for completing my asphault roof with a long term warranty. We chose Pyramid Roofing even though they were not the lowest proposal. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. The only concern we had was the old cigarette butts left on our driveway near our front entrance and a partial filled Gatoraid bottle in our backyard.

Shawn called me within 15 minutes of my request, came out quickly to give a estimate - had a contract at time of estimate w/all product information. His crew arrived at 6:45 and worked non-stop on a very hot day. Great group of guys, hardworking, very competent. Did a great job of cleaning up after. My roof looks great. Guys were great and respectful of our property. They were their when they said they would be and there was always some one working even when they took breaks or lunch they did it in shifts. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I would definitely use this company again.

The crew arrived at 6:15 am and immediately got down to work. By 8:00 am, the front of the roof was completely stripped.The crew is highly trained, enthusiastic and motivated. It was a real pleasure to watch them in motion. They were all polite, well spoken and attentive to their duties. The price was within the range I expected and there was an additional fee for replacement of a trim board and reflashing the chimney with lead. I will recommend Pyramid highly to neighbors and friends.The supervisor made a final tour of the property to ensure that the cleanup was up to company standards.
