Mr. Webster arrived 1/2 hour late. He was supposed to pipe for an hour and he piped for about 15 minutes and it was positively awful!! We paid him because we had guests to attend to. We exchanged several emails. I felt that we were due a rebate. I asked for half of the money back ($175.00). I filed a complaint with the BBB of New Hampshire and he has ignored them. The moments of a wedding can not be recaptured. He is shameless for his part in spoiling a wedding ceremony.
