I like them. They were very good with me.

This was actually for a service call, which I was happy with, and I would say that was probably a couple of years ago. It was definitely the winter because I was having an issue with my furnace, the heat actually went out completely. They're an A, I really like Brook Side Mechanical. I thought the pricing was very fair. Their responsiveness was excellent, because I remember a winter bomb, and they were probably getting a thousand calls, so there's this certain guy that does get back to me all the time, their customer service excelled. They're very professional, they're quick, they're in and out, they're here to do a job and basically that's it. I feel like I trust their services. They do a fine job, because I haven't had a problem with my furnace since. But I will say this, I was going to schedule an appointment to have my furnace winterize, and I definitely was going to call them. They didn't have to replace it, this was basically a new condo, this is built in 2010, so everything was still fairly new, it was a small part they had to replace, they did not have to replace the unit itself. I've been using them from day one.

The rehab should have taken 1.5 years from buying to being sold out but took 6 years due to the down economy. Brookside held its price and made many extra trips to the site than they had anticipated. They installed 2 boilers and 15 circulator pumps for the 15 units; all with hour meters for calculating individual fuel billing. The units that requested the option of A/C had rooftop units installed. They did a great job.

It went very well. The project lasted about 4 years overall due to the soft economy. Brookside adapted to the extended length of the project without raising its price and the completion of the work was great.
