I had lingering issues after the repair where I was receiving 2 1/2 miles per gallon less than before the minor accident. I kept on going back complaining, but they literally swore and disrespected me not believing there was an issue and walked away. I have never been treated like that before from any business I have ever dealt with personally and professionally. I then went to the dealership for help where they found and fixed two issues quickly that were decreasing my miles per gallon while treating me professionally and insurance paid for it all. I will NEVER EVER go back to Auto City Collision and I hope no-one ever gets treated they way they treated me and hope their car gets fixed correctly like it was before their accident because mine was not.

They were good. I was pretty happy with what they did. I had an issue with them, I had informed them earlier to let me know when we can do the paperwork and they buy the parts to fix my pick-up truck. I had plans to drive it on Christmas but two weeks later I called them myself and they were telling me they were just going to order for the parts. And yet Christmas was very close. That was really frustrating. Later I found out the guy I had talked to was new and not yet on his game but still it should have been handled better. I was counting on that work to be done at that time. I was overall happy with their work so I would use them again.

I can't say enough for how courteous and thorough they were. And they are good listeners. there were some other areas on the car that I wanted to have touched up, but could not afford to make it look like it just came from the factory. they touched up those spots without charging me and I don't think you can tell for most of them unless you know where to look. They also gave me 2 options for fixing my outside mirror - again, my nickel. One of them was factory fresh, the other allows a VERY minor crack to show and saves me $200. Also, everything is very neat and clean and inviting. I TOTALLY recommend them !!

The car was towed to Auto City after the accident. I had never heard of Auto CIty before the accident, and was preparing to have the car towed to another body shop for repairs. However, after I read the many positive reviews for Auto City and saw that they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau, I decided to leave the car there and let them repair it. Everyone at Auto City was a pleasure to deal with and made the loaner car and repair process very simple and striaghtforward. Mike, the general manager, explained the entire process and kept me informed as repairs progressed. The car was actually completed several days ahead of schedule and both my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work that was performed by the Auto City team on our car. The repairs look great; in fact, you can't even tell that the car was in an accident. Auto City did a great job blending the color on the new pieces to match the rest of the vehicle. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Auto City Collision Repair Center based on this experience. If I ever have a need for collision repair services again, I will definitely bring my vehicle to Auto City without hesitation.

Well I guess I gave to much info above. I can't say enough about how easy it is to do business with them. You might get a "deal" somewhere else. You might get a shorter lead time. I assure you it isn't worth it in my book. They did what they said they would, for the price they said and had it done on the day they said it would be done.

Overall - an excellent decision to have Auto City Collision Repair Center do the work to fix the Jeep. They were very responsive in a very stressful situation and the individuals were very compassionate, professional and communicative in every step of the way.
Right from the start they towed the car they provided me with assurance that they would work with the insurance company adjuster and provided a quote asap; within 3 days I had a quote and I went in and reviewed all - signed off and the work began. They sent me confirmation via email of the eta for repair and provided me with updates and I was always aware of what was in process - they were absolutely right on top of things!
They also met the est. time for repair completion - and when I picked up the car they were
ready with the very providing a very detailed copy of everything that was done and clear that everything they did was under warranty and they would stand by it and I am very confident with how everything that was handled that it would be !
The car looked brand new and was clean and even had a full tank of gas !!! I want to give a shout out to a George Vallee and his team for helping our family get this done. He was a smile I will remember and I thank him and his team for all the good work to get the Jeep back - I highly recommend this business for excellent care and service ! Thank you K. They.are the best at what they do. We brought it in on Tuesday and they knew I needed it for work so they had it ready for me on Friday. I have been doing business with them for 25 years and would never use anyone else for body work or mechanical work. My father is 87 and he brings his vehicle there for mechanic work and they treat him with the upmost respect and NEVER over charge him. We have all our family members bring their vehicles there and they are all very happy with the work that is done. Never any hidden price.
