Steve did my basement floor in vinyl planks a couple of years ago and it came out great. I like how his craftspeople remove and replace the floor mouldings instead of those ugly little quarter rounds I have seen. A couple of weeks ago I had his crew back to install some brazillian walnut flooring to match the rest of the house. Nice match and again perfect installation

This was our first time working with Steve, and it was a great experience. We requested a quote during a larger home renovation and found that the price was very competitive. Steve was also willing to work around our changing timetable and fit us into a tight window alongside other contractors' schedules. He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed. The crew was amazing—courteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. The team even repaired our bathroom subfloor, which was outside the scope of the project. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the team’s dedication to the project. The floors look fantastic!

Went great

Paid deposit for job and set a date. On the day of the job I called them to see where they were and they told me they should have called me the week before to reschedule. I already moved all of my furniture out of the rooms and my entire house is in disarray. He told me he would see what he could do to fix it but I have yet to hear back from him. We were told this was a one day job possibly a day and a half. It was only 2 bedrooms. Edit: This is a follow up of a previous review. After no communication from the company on the day of the job I was told they need to delay 2 days so I agreed. On that day I called and my calls were ignored I texted and finally got a response that they were unable to install my floors today. No apologies and no communication beforehand. This would be fine but with 2 bedrooms worth of things in the rest of the house it is a huge inconvenience. They offered me a refund on my deposit and asked for another week but I have no reason to believe they’ll uphold that date either. I would not recommend them to anyone.
