Gregg Jeffrey was professional, prompt in returning phone calls and e-mails, and arriving for our survey. He explained the process and his findings, provided us with a hard copy - mailed within 2 days of the survey, and effectively dealt with a difficult neighbor while at our property. We would highly recommend him!
