I previously wrote a review (below) with a score of 3 but it was rejected because Superior Gutters claimed I was not a customer, in spite of multiple visits and paid invoices and even a ride on my motorcycle. I have since, proven that I am a client and Home Advisors has accepted the original review. Because of Superior Gutter deceitful behavior, I am now reducing the rating from a 3 to a .5. ----------------------- Rhett and his team were very nice and did a great job if this was a basic gutter install. They did not realize that an intersecting roof-line needs to have a deflector and an adjusted pitch; I had to have them come back; they did so willingly. Unfortunately, the deflectors are not formed correctly and the pitch of one gutter is inadequate. I have left three calls for them over the past 3 months and they are not returning my calls. My initial (positive) impression has soured.

Explained everything and sent detailed drawing with estimate. Install was quick and professional. Cleaned up everything before leaving.

Rhett showed up for the estimate as scheduled. He returned my calls quickly and answered all of my questions. The gutters look great!

The entire project went as scheduled, from the initial estimate through completion. I decided to add more gutters and downspouts to the house just two days before work started, and that work was completed on time to the original schedule for a fair price. I would certainly hire this company again.
