Proactive Comfort

I called with a serious issue, and the company sent someone over the very same day. The worker arrived promptly, and worked very hard to solve my problem, which turned out to be beyond the companyâ s expertise (although the worker was able to fix my leaky toilet)! Since they were unable to solve my issue, the company reduced my bill significantly, in spite of the great effort on the part of their worker. I will surely be hiring Proactive Comfort for my next plumbing need!

Customer service and communication was outstanding. The quick response to resolving our problem (hot water heater replacement) was greatly appreciated. Not sure if the 5-star â valueâ rating is appropriate since we didnâ t pursue competitive pricing...we didnâ t bother because they were exceptional on all other fronts.

This was a terrible company to deal with. Projected window of arrival times were a joke with no communication from the office about delays. When I booked the appointment I was told I would be alerted a half hour before the plumber arrived the first time the plumber arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after I was notified he was on his way. The second day it was an hour. I was charged $510 for the plumber to be â on the jobâ for less than 2 hours and 3/4 of that time was him driving to the hardware store twice for parts. I was then told he would have to come back the next day to finish. When he came back the next day I was told I would have to pay another $390 to have the work done. This was a fairly simple plumbing job. A replacement of 2 small sections of flexible copper piping about 24 - 36â with no sautering/welding involved, just shark bites. The invoices/receipts give no details on the price of labor, parts, etc. They just say plumbing work and the total price.

The technician/plumber, Kyle Brand, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, timely and he did exactly as he described and according to our request.

It was fast. Same day. He worked hard to get it completed so he wouldnâ t have to come back again. I would recommend them for sure.
