His wife made the appointment for between 2 and 3 and said that if he could come earlier he'd call. He did call and said that he would be at my home within a half hour. He was. He looked at the machine and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the replacement part in his truck. He fixed the problem, CLEANED up after himself, and put the machine back into its position all while being friendly and professional. Thank you Angie's List!!

Showed up on time, found two rollers and the drive belt warn., He had the parts in his truck and completed the repair. I think he did a good job.

It was good. He had to order a part. They called me back with a price to tell me the price and when they would be back to fix it. He is a local business owner. It is nice when they are in your neighborhood. I feel they are trying harder for my business. He services all sorts of appliances.
