I called in a panic because my state inspection sticker had expired and I forgot to get it renewed. Tim got me in right away (that morning) even though it was really busy. I waited for about an hour reading a magazine, watching the tv and drinking coffee (which was free from their Keurig...kind of a nice touch when you have to wait). Got my inspection sticker without a problem, paid, and was on my way. The people there were all friendly and professional. I've purchased tires there in the past and received the same excellent service. Will definitely go back.

It was okay but I had to ask and ask when the car would be ready. I have only one car and had to walk over to get my vehicle. They gave me the wrong keys to the car and seemed unconcerned. I had to bring the keys back myself and get my keys. It was just a little unorganized. I think the work performed was good and the price was fair. I would use them again because they are so close to my house.

It started off well enough. We picked up our van after the work was done, but as we started to pull out of the lot, our van started squealing. We went back in and told Graham about it. He took a look, tightened something, but it kept squealing. He said some antifreeze got on the belt and that's why it was squealing and that it would dry up and stop squealing soon. We took his word and left but for a couple weeks it kept squealing. So we called and he said the squealing had nothing to do with the work he did and that it wasn't his problem. If we wanted to we could bring it back in so he could take care of the squealing, but and quot;for a price.and quot; I couldn't believe he was going to charge us for an issue we didn't have til they did their work. I was appalled and never gave him my service again.
